SERVIR Service Planning Toolkit
Summary
The SERVIR Service Planning Toolkit is a resource for SERVIR Hubs and their partners to design, deliver, and implement services effectively. It includes tools for consultation and needs assessment, service design, stakeholder mapping, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning. The toolkit provides guidance, templates, and resources to support service implementers in all phases of Service Planning. SERVIR was a joint development initiative of the U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and USAID. SERVIR worked in partnership with leading regional organizations around the globe to provide satellite-based Earth observation data and science applications to help developing nations improve disaster risk management and environmental decision-making.
