This is the final performance evaluation report of the USAID-funded Water Sanitation and Hygiene Transformation for Enhanced Resiliency (WaTER) Project in Ethiopia. The project, implemented by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and CARE Ethiopia, aimed to improve access to clean water, hygiene, and sanitation in pastoralist communities.
