The Southern Madagascar Water Assessment aims to develop actionable recommendations for USAID’s water security programming across the Grand Sud of Madagascar. This Technical report presents findings and preliminary programming recommendations regarding the management and sustainability of water supply systems being rehabilitated by the World Bank across the Area of Interest.
